The current natural/holistic health industry is saturated with
individuals, small businesses, AND large corporations who want to make a quick buck off the current natural "vaginal health trend”. Folks are reselling so called "women’s &/or vaginal health products” from china without a clue as to what's in the product/ supplement,
conditions it was made under, haven't utilized it long enough (or at all) to know how it works, & spit rhetoric to capitalize on folks vulnerabilities!! We are very dismayed by it all. And it's yet another reason why we drive ourselves to be ASTUTE on every ingredient in every product We sell/create. For over a decade, Angela Elizabeth has personally formulated & handcrafted over 90% of our product line! We stay current on research in botany, biology, herbology, nutritional science, biochemistry, biophysics, etc. whose topic matters are in
alignment with our healing objectives or may effect our products efficacy. Angela holds a masters degree in biology (thesis research / concentrations in plant science & cell biology), and trained/studied/certified as a holistic health practitioner under the late GREAT Dr. Llaila O. Afrika, and few other holistic G.O.A.T.S & healing modalities. She did this for a number of years before taking her healing products & expertise to masses of women worldwide. There’s waayyyyy too much false propaganda going on in the women's holistic health and wellness arena in this day and age. "Yoni" this "Yoni" that is becoming the latest trend to hop on to capitalize on women's vulnerabilities.The sad part (well there’s a lot of sad parts) about this all is that it is mainly OTHER WOMEN negatively capitalizing on OTHER WOMEN.
GoddessBody Inc. is here to be a light in the darkness of greed and ignorance, lack of discipline, & lack of integrity, that we are seeing happening on social media platforms, etsy, drop-shipping websites and the like.
There are various products on the market being created in china and re-sold in the name of healing women of fibroids, cyst, fertility, infections, pH balancing, yoni cleansing, you name it. Many of these pop-up-insta-shops re-selling these products have 0 expertise in holistic health, herbalism, plant science, biology, anatomy, or ANY science for that matter. They are simply drop shipping a trending item, and really good at marketing. Here are a few examples:
1. “Yoni pearls” aka “yoni detox pearls”, “womb detox pearls”, “vaginal pearls”, “vaginal detox pearls”. All made in China, in unverifiable & unregulated conditions. No way to know what is actually in the product upon inspection. Sold for cents on the dollar, and resold for extremely large profits in the U.S.
2. Cheap plastic yoni steam seats, where plastic is heated up significantly which has the potential to release toxic plastic compounds into the vaginal area, and even worse most are designed to steam over a TOILET, the one area of your home with the HIGHEST levels of negative bacterial and viral agents, no matter how much you clean it!
3. There was no such thing as a “yoni oil”, or oil based holistic maintenance, prevention, & curative Yoni formula until it was created and sold by US!!!! We
developed this product IN 2007, trademarked it & launched it in 2011 out of personal needs for myself, family & eventually 1,000s of women across the globe. Our popularity has spawned a plethora of “copycats”, that not only tried to copy the name but have downright stole our product descriptions, branding and
likeness! Copying got so bad, unvetted Chinese manufacturers have literally copied our descriptions word for word and offer these knock off versions for “trend-inspired” dropship businesses, social media yoni stores etc. to resell. All made in China, in unverifiable & unregulated conditions.
Many of them leave flowers and herbs inside the bottle which causes the formula pH to change overtime (bad practice for vaginal products) and speeds up
rancidity of the formula. These products claim to "balance pH" amongst other claims, but the formulas all have an alkaline (greater than 7 pH) which cannot bring your yoni pH into balance because its acidic! Not alkaline!!! Many of them contain cheap fragrance oils (cut with alcohol) which cause issues and irritation to the vagina overtime.
4. So called “yoni wash” All made in China, in unverifiable & unregulated conditions. No way to know what is actually in the product upon inspection. The problem with this is you have so called "vaginal health products" & “Yoni health experts” flooding the online market that are non-vetted, non-tested, created in unregulated places, sharing a host of quackery information in the name of the all mighty dolla’.
